a short documentary 14:00 // direction, shooting and editing
A personal documentary about the unyielding feeling of being a hunted Jew - an inner state shaped by history and memory, not by present danger. Filmed in Leh, Ladakh, India during the days of Muharram, it weaves personal voiceover with conversations with Israeli travelers, asking what it means to be in this place at this time. As the echoes of war back home linger, the sights and sounds of this foreign land stir a familiar unease.
Interviewees: David Alfandari, Avigail Karby, Shoham Raz, Aviv Damri, Imam of Leh's Shia mosque

small video essays
This video is a visual reflection on my experience at the Phyang Monastery Festival in Ladakh. Rather than offering a straightforward documentation, it moves between observation and intuition—capturing fragments of ritual, color, movement, and sound to evoke the layered atmosphere of the event. Through moments of stillness and motion, the video explores the tension between the spiritual and the commercial, the sacred and the playful, inviting the viewer to feel the ambiguity I encountered rather than resolve it.
